Is this the cutest little setting ever? Tiffany over at MyLitter and a reporter put it together with $16 in items from the $.99 store. The purpose was to see what kind of things they could find and use. If you are one of those peopole who likes to decorate for the holidays, don’t overlook the dollar stores!
